Jackson Lin is the Vice President of the WISPRO Group and the firm’s lead engineer. His expertise is focused on cloud computing, the Internet of Things (IoT), natural language search processing, IP lifecycle, and medical devices.
Mr. Lin specializes in IP management and optimization, R&D management and analysis, patent quality and risk evaluation, patent invalidation analysis, IP deployment planning, IP royalty analysis, and big data analysis. He has consulted numerous multinational enterprises on patent infringement analysis and design-arounds against both practicing and non-practicing entities.
Mr. Lin holds a graduate degree from the Institute of Intellectual Property of National Cheng Chi University.
